Only have had one meal the past 3 days because my stomach is in pain and im puking and i have had diarrhea nonstop the past 2 days. In 2 days i have had well over 15 bm's. And the worst part is its not slowing down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
