All I had was the McNuggets and sweet and sour sauce. I have been non stop liquid diarrhea for 12 hours. Even a sip of water I’m back on the toilet. At this point I’m afraid to put anything into my body because it will immediately come right back out.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache

Not sure, but GF felt sick right after eating it GF is pregnant and felt sick three different times right after eating it, puked it up twice. we went throught the drive thru around 9:15pm and ate around 9:30pm on April 2nd, 2021. shortly after going to bed, around 12am, we were both vomiting. nauseated the whole morning with vomiting as well. i know its what we ate.
