All I had was the McNuggets and sweet and sour sauce. I have been non stop liquid diarrhea for 12 hours. Even a sip of water I’m back on the toilet. At this point I’m afraid to put anything into my body because it will immediately come right back out.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache

McNuggets Cause Nausea, Vomiting

we went throught the drive thru around 9:15pm and ate around 9:30pm on April 2nd, 2021. shortly after going to bed, around 12am, we were both vomiting. nauseated the whole morning with vomiting as well. i know its what we ate. I ate mcnuggets and so did my boyfriend  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
