The ONLY thing I ate yesterday was a chicken sandwich from this Wawa, so I'm 100% sure it was what made me sick. I ate the chicken sandwich and was doubled over vomiting a couple hours later. Still sick today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I eat here about once a month never had a problem. Until yesterday. Had a salad and a few slices of pizza. 2 hours later if felt super bloated and could not stop vomiting and going to the bathroom. After I ate the chicken sandwich about noon, I felt bloated & nauseous untill 5am, I had diarrhea the whole time then when I threw up, lettuce was the only thing that came out I felt a lot better afterwards, but my body feels sore and shaky.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a Cobb Salad for the 2nd time because I was sick a few weeks ago with the same symptoms, did not think it was the lettuce, but it was, will not eat there again. Cramps, diarrhea.
