Got violently ill mostly extreme severe diarrhea for days back in Jan and had complications for 3 mos—paralysis of stomach. Still having probs off and on and now July. Strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Are they cleaning their machines properly? High bacteria count?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I had dinner at 5:30 which involved their shrimp, about 3 hours after I began feeling nauseous. I then vomited 2 or 3 times every hour for 8 hours. I also had diarrhea. I had to miss work because of this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a Mexican pizza on Feb 23rd, around 7:30 pm and became violently I'll shortly afterwards. Suffered intense stomach and intestinal cramping, with vomiting and dizziness. I thought I had gotten the flu it was so bad. Finally subsided after I had emptied my stomach completely.… See more
