immediately knew something was really wrong. Four hours later had severe cramping nausea and vomiting. I vomited every 90 minutes for 18 hours. Even vomited ice chips. Lost twelve pounds in 24 hours. Of course was severely dehydrated. This happened about 2 weeks ago and just the thought of a shake makes me ill.
