I ordered a pepperoni and jalapeno Alfredo pizza and within 2 hours of eating it I felt nauseous and the woke up the next day throwing up and bowel movement constantly and it's now Tuesday and it started Saturday night and I feel horrible and nothing has changed  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
