I ate an order of chicken quesadillas and about 30 minutes later I became very nauseous and began to vomiting then had severe diarrhea. I had chills and had to lay on the bathroom floor because I couldn’t move I was so weak and sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills

7/3/2023 I went thru the drive thru at lunch around 1:30 and ordered a spicy deluxe meal with sweet tea ... i finished my work day came home went to gym and then at around 8:00 I had started having diarrhea and it is now 5:30 am… See more
