Got extremely sick within 10 minutes of leaving the place. It’s been 3 hours since we left and I am still getting so sick. My stomach hurts and I can’t keep anything down. I have never been this sick from food in my life.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Vomiting

This past Saturday, 2.24.24. The food I ate. It was immediately after my girlfriend and I ate at the establishment. She became ill first with diarrhea, then later in the day, I became sick with vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever and cold sweat.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
