1-20-2017 , i ordered a sandwich by phone from the daily department and it was grilled chicken for $5 feet long and after ate it by the end of the day i was suffering direhea badly  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate a regular chicken sandwhich, fries & sweer tea at 6pm Est and got sick with diarea 1 hour later. Then 2 hours later headache fatigue dizzieness and vommiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue
