I ate a breakfast sandwich, shortly after I had a massive headache followed by diarrhea and nausea. I still feel sick many hours later. This is the second time I have gotten sick from eating at wawa; never again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache

I ate at this Chipotle location today at approximately 11:30 am. About an hour later, I began to experience severe discomfort in my intestines, with cold sweats following thereafter.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I had lunch here with my family on Saturday. I had a fajita salad. My youngest had an enchilada. I picked youngest up from summer camp yesterday after he'd been up all night, with a fever and vomiting. By the time we got home from summer camp I started.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
