6/20/21 I ate an original chicken sandwich. At around 1:30 pm. About 2 hours later I started feeling weak and dizzy, another few hours later I was vomiting with stomach cramps and now fever and headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness, Weakness

We all had the same steak and cheese sandwich all though the night watery diarrhea vomiting ? stomach pains we all can't stop using bathroom We all ate then few hrs later all on the toliet can't even work it was 4 of us  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
