I ordered a protein box at 7:30 am and by 1pm I was vomiting, in a lot of pain and had diarrhea. This lasted about 7 hours with vomiting every 10 minutes before I went in to urgent care and was given fluids and an anti nausea medicine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other

I bought boiled eggs instead of my regular habit of boiling them and peeling them at home. I started getting stomach ache and mucous in stool. It kept worsening till it was really bad and I had to relieve myself 5 times. All the symptoms were ameliorated after I stopped taking their boiled eggs.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
