I had the salt and vinegar and Parmesan wings - 6 of each last night (5/27/18). Asked for them to be well done and they were not. They were soft. Stomach hurt after eating them and diarrhea most of the day today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My girlfriend went to Culver's, and had fries, and shared an ice cream with her Aunt. That night, she started vomiting, was nauseous, and light headedness. As far as I know, she has not consulted a medical professional.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ate at applesbees on the 5th of may by the 9th i has extreme abdominal pain which was originally thought to be from a period the pain got worse and worse each day so i went to the hospital and it was revealed that i had a salmonella infection  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
