I ordered a pepperoni pizza, it arrived at 10:00pm and before that I hadn't eaten since noon. Woke up at 2:30am to severe cramps and started throwing up and having diahrea at 3am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I had severe diarrhea after having 2 singles and fries Feb 25, 2017. My symptoms began 20 hours later. By the way I had not eaten after dining at Comet burger in Royal Oak as I was full so I can’t blame it on anything else.
