got sick after having the broccoli florets - I opened the broccali and added about 6 tops to a smoothie, I did this around 5:45 pm and the symptoms kicked in at 2:30 am and lasted util about 6:30 - started slow then cycled every half hour or so until everything was out of my system  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
