Ate there for dinner and was throwing up with terrible diarrhea 4-5 hours later. Almost 24 hours later, I'm still bed-ridden with terrible stomach pains and aches.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

About four hours post-meal started feeling acute abdominal pain. Incredibly uncomfortable gases manifested inside my stomach and quickly produced a sequence of painful, hot, moist toots. Quickly after, I was forced to leave work and go home where diarrhea persisted for roughly thirty-six hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas

Ate lunch at Potbellys with coworker at 12:00 pm. Symptoms started at 7:00 pm with severe abdominal cramping, then progressed to vomiting with diarrhea. Coworker also got sick with the same symptoms last night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I had a double cheeseburger and fries for lunch about 1230 pm. Then at about 3 I started having stomach aches, came home from work and slept til around 5 then I got sick vomiting all of my food up  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
