I had the buttered noodles with grilled chicken at about 2 pm. Shortly after I got home from work a little after 5 pm, I started having an upset stomach and diarrhea. This continued for the rest of the night and the next day, along with a slight fever and intense stomach pains.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Bf and friend ate at taco bell on snelling ave within hours both had the runs and vomiting with severe stomach cramps. 12 hours later not getting any better. Its gonna be a long night. Never will eat there again. Calling heath inspector tomorrow.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

only thing I ate all day was the Hot Cali Chicken sub #31at about 12:30. Started to feel ill about 5:30 with fierce stomach pain. Threw up about 10 pm. Had diarrhea after that. Still feel bad and it is over 24 hours ago.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate around 11:30am and by 1pm I was in the bathroom with diarrhea, nausea, puked slightly, fever, ended up sleeping for an hour and a half and it's been about 3.5 hours and I still feel sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
