I took my lunch break on Monday around noon. By 2pm my stomach was hurting , by the time I got home I was vomiting and had diarrhea. Then I got a real high fever. I’ve never had food poisoning before, but I don’t like it and it has cost me two days of work  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain

I got a McDouble and mcchicken on Sunday, October 29, 2023. Both tasted slightly off and I couldn’t finish either sandwich. Today, Tuesday, I have a high fever, vomiting, chills, and diarrhea.
