I had the carnitas tacos two nights ago and when I woke up yesterday morning, I had diarrhea. A couple hours later I was vomiting and it was a neon yellow color. I have been really nauseous and haven’t been able to get out of bed.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ordered the backyard chicken BBQ and a order of boneless parmesan garlic wings. Within 9 hours I had stomach cramps and aches strong enough to wake me up, extreme nausea and diarrhea. so for 14 hours. Up until I went to the hospital where I was given iv fluids and medicine to make me stop vomiting. My son didn’t eat the pizza and was ok so we know the pizza was the only thing we three ate that was the same. Never going there again.
