after eating around midnight, i woke up around 5am to excruciating stomach pain. all day now i have constantly felt nauseous, & cannot keep anything i eat or drink down. I have also thrown up multiple times, but have had no diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
