Bought refrigerated, Frozen and Bakery Items as well as Great Value Cola and bottled water.
I ate a tv dinner, fresh baked bread last night. Today I've had Diarrhea in the morning.

Thursday April 7, 8am. I bought one dozen donuts and munchkins. I ate one donut and 2 munchkins. By 10am I was extremely nauseous. By 2pm I had diareah and vomiting by 4pm. At least one other coworker experienced the same symptoms  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
