I had a bowl with brown rice, beans, chicken, sour cream, and lettuce. I ate it today at approximately 6 pm. Ever since my stomach has hurt and felt extremely bloated, and at approximately 10 pm I got diarrhea and it is not stopping or slowing.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating
