July/21/2024 5pm order burger/chess fries and peach shake. After 40min, vomiting 🤢 and stomach pain started, didn't eat anything else after 12pm lunch. Only water, so 100% from shack!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had made a delivery from Uber eats and the meat that I consumed was a 6oz sirloin steak with side baked potato (added toppings, bacon, cheese, scallions) but the temperature of the steak was well done. 3 hours later after I consumed it I threw up horribly, sweating and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache, Sweating
