Last night Chicken nuggets from here Ate the chicken nuggets last night at 9pm, woke up this morning around 3am urgently needing to puke. Ended up having an accident in my pants while vomiting. Been sick ever since and it's 1pm  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

Business itself is fine - bodega with variety of foods.
Item that appeared to cause poisoning was Catalina Crunch Snack Mix. Have had diarrhea and vomiting for three days. Looked up the product and determined it was recalled due to heavy metal contamination.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
