I ate a 3 chicken supreme combo with fries and a biscuit. A few hours later, (couldn’t tell how long,) uncontrollable shaking/tremors, nausea, and diarrhea. I don’t know if it was the food, my anxiety, or just my spice tolerance. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Shaking
