Had a chicken quesadilla around 6:00pm, then started having nausea, diarrhea and vomiting around 11:30pm. I've had the symptoms for around 10 hours, the vomiting seems to be subsiding.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I tried the new stuffed crust pizza and almost instantly after I had to leave work because of diarrhea. The next day my girlfriend thought it was a fluke and we both had a slice. By noon that day we were having horrid diarrhea and I've been vomiting up everything, including water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
