I purchased a 2lb package of chicken salad made by the deli and ate a sandwich for lunch. I began getting sick a little more than 5 hours after eating it. This happened on May 3, 2018 and it was purchased the evening before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
