I purchased a 2lb package of chicken salad made by the deli and ate a sandwich for lunch. I began getting sick a little more than 5 hours after eating it. This happened on May 3, 2018 and it was purchased the evening before.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我在周一下午 4 点 30 分左右订购了意大利辣香肠披萨，大约 40 分钟后司机出现了。他带错了披萨但是在我抓住他之前就离开了。我打电话给商店，那个女孩告诉我，当他完成分娩后，她会把正确的披萨送回去。他终于在下午 6 点左右到了，看起来还不像我订购的披萨，但我饿了，现在不在乎。晚上 9 点左右，我开始腹痛和恶心。我凌晨 4 点醒来时出现严重的抽筋和腹泻，一直持续到现在（早上 8 点）。昨天除了披萨之外我什么都没吃。我再也不会向他们订购披萨了！！
