Offered free burrito I knew it probably was going to bite me in the ass....I'm puking diarrhea and a horrible cough I'm majorly asthmatic if it progresses any further I am going to the ER date eating: March 12 2016  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

I went to eat chipotle yesterday after work. Around 4-5 I don't really remember but it was my first meal o eat all day. I order a chicken burrito bowl with pinto beans, fagitals sour cream , cheese , lettuce and hot salsa. I been feeling nausea vomiting , watering dearea , and some headead.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
