Sunday, July 14 ate scrambled eggs and sausage and within one hour had horrible diarrhea and was sick to my stomach My Wife had ham and eggs over medium and was sick within one hour with diarrhea. This is ridiculous a public food restaurant and makes you sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I went to Wendy's yesterday at around 6:45pm to grab something to eat. An hour later i felt sick and vomited everything i ate at Wendy's. And i continued to feel sick the entire night and I couldn't keep water down until 11am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
