Ate the watermelon feta salad Friday at 7pm and immediately felt off. Severe symptoms began late Saturday night with chills, fever, vomiting and watery diarrhea. No one else in my family is sick, and I'm the only one who ate Panera.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills

I ate a Roma tomatoe/spincah sandwich around 1pm . I woke up vomiting around 12am. I have been vomiting all day ..and anytime I try to drink liquids I vomit. I have not ate today. I have bad stomach cramps too.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
