Saturday, April 14, 2018. I thought I had indigestion from the onions on the sandwich and ended up with two days of stabbing stomach cramping, nausea, fever and chills and diarrhea. That sandwich was the only thing I ate that was different from what my family ate all weekend.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Migraine, Indigestion

Today, at 2:00, I got a pre-made sandwich from the IGA down the street. It was ham, cheddar, lettuce and tomato. I ate half of it and then realized that the lettuce and tomato were extremely wilty, the cheddar cheese tasted like fish (???) and the ham… See more
