11/09/2025 at 8pm Caused by the lukewarm clam chowder from Mo's in Florence, Oregon. We saw the soup being served from the main container. It sat for a few minutes before making it's way to our table. It was barely warm.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Have never had stomach issues, they had no regular chicken strips i would usually get half a pound of spicy and regular and a pound of jo jos.
15 minutes after eating the chicken i was sick for several days and have went on years of the same issue since i ate them  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
