Got a shrimp alfredo with extra alfredo sauce and the usual salad and chicken gnocchi soup. Left after dinner and two hours later I vomited everything out.

Chicken Alfredo, bread sticks, amd black tie cheesecake. Gnocchi soup is stil in fridg.
Alfredo was odd had linguini noodles mixed in, sauce wasnt as creamy. Chicken was dry, not moist and temder as usual | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
