Had a spicy crispy sandwich on Wednesday night and a few hours later began to vomit and had diarrhea. Extremely nauseous and have a fever. It’s been 24 hours and still feel like crap.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever

My boyfriend and I ate the Mac and cheese and both made us horribly sick with vomiting and diarrhea. I also happen to be pregnant and if it gets worse I have to go to the hospital. i don’t have it as bad as him but it may get there.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

This food made me violently ill, felt sick right after and ended up on the toilet at 5am p**ping my guts out. This was not pleasant and I fear I am not out of the woods yet. I had the double roast beef which apparently stands for "doubled" over the toilet.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
