good. I ate light the next day then the following day I had a slice of meatloaf and in a few hours, I was back on the floor in pain. I'm taking the labels and receipt back to the store. I also felt as if I might have diarrhea but I couldn't (possibly due to previous two days of fasting with no food and no water).
