I went to Taco Bell on Thursday the 15 and didn’t even get through my whole
Meal before I went to the restroom and started throwing up and had to go to med express after 18 hours of throwing up .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Second time this year eating at Wendy’s, both times had Dave’s single, fries and a drink. Nauseated, diarrhea, headache and just feeling generally unwell lasting a few days. Idk if they changed the oil they use or just unsanitary conditions. No matter, no more of Wendy’s for me .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache

Fritos original, Ate a whole bag of Fritos scoops yesterday while put on a job. I’ve been on my bathroom floor since 3am. Worst cramps I’ve ever experienced. Fatigue and dizzying. Started passing large amounts of blood recently. Never Ever Again.

Cheese pizza and cheese sticks, Ate a pizza from here the only thing I ate for the night and next day hugging the toilet for hours and stomach/lower abdominal pains. Girlfriend got a fever and nausea with my symptoms as well. Lasting 8 hours after eating the pizza till 2 days later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain
