I bought a vanilla chai and a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese at 6:30am. I ate at 7:15am and was running to the bathroom by 8:10am. I know their kitchen is dirty. I worked there before. I’ll never order from there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

My son ate at the Tunkhannock McDonald's between 2 and 2:30 p.m. He had a burger french fries sweet tea and chicken McNuggets. He is vomiting fever and diarrhea constantly. He's been sick for hours and hours.  | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Vomiting
