Amy’s kitchen frozen meal I ate lunch and the packaging had changed so I thought it looked different but within a few hours I started having stomach bloating and discomfort. Fast forward about 7 hours and Intense stomach pain, nausea vomiting and diarrhea.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Had breadsticks, chicken gnocchi soup, and salad. Woke up in the middle of the night about 6 or 7 hours after eating and had severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea the rest of the night. I was up every 15 minutes or so throwing up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Just now, I reheated some ramen noodles for my girlfriend. And about a half hour later she started throwing up. She has threw up 3 times since the first time Only she got sick. About a hour after eating the noodles.

Ate lunch around 3pm Tuesday. Dizzy and poor sleep by 10pm. Nausea and diarrhea all next day until around 9pm. Then vomiting and chills all 2nd night. Unable to eat or drink.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Dizziness

Think it was the pasta dish she at about 8:00pm that night 1 person who ate the kids pasta dish with meat red sauce. Symptoms started within 3 hours of eating. Nausea, followed by Vomiting, then diarrhea and low grade fever 99.5-100.
About 11pm last night July 16th  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
