I ate at this place in Goodlettsville TN on Tuesday evening. Around 11:00pm, I woke up having diarrhea, vomiting, chills and fever. No one else in my family is sick. I am the only one who ate ground beef and had Sprite to drink.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Nausea

I had pineapple fried rice with chicken and 2 egg rolls. my coworker also got food poisoning. We are both having sharp pains in our stomachs and diarrhea. It was my first time eating getting take out from there and I’ll never eat it again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
