Today at subway I ate a 6 inch chicken teriyaki and immediately got sick at work We ordered subway at work I was only one who got the teriyaki and I had to leave work I immediately started feeling nauseous I have severe stomach pains and diarrhea and my head is hurting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Nausea, Headache
