Sunday May 10th around 2pm Ordered a Savannah Chop salad with sherry shallot dressing I ate on the patio as it was a nice warm day. Restaurant was crowded with it being Mother's Day. Seemed like I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes before my food arrived  | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Yesterday for lunch me and my office manager got dominoes pizza. We ordered sausage thin crust and an order of pepperoni cheese bread. We were both wretching all night over the toilet. Late Saturday morning (5/9/26), I bought a Cuban sandwich with a side of red beans and rice. No more than 2 hours later I began vomiting for several hours and was sweating profusely.
