Ate a crispy chicken sandwich around 10 pm. Then started getting sick with diarrhea, vomiting, sever nausea, stomach cramps, horrible foul burping since 1 am.

Still sick over 24 hours later. Taking Phenergan, but no relief from any symptoms.

Since all items were consumed, it may be impossible to say. Date of order was 6/28/21.  Symptoms presented around 48hrs post consumption. Very strange body odors have been present from armpits (rancid garlic) - post vomiting and gastrointestinal distress, which has lasted for three days.   | Symptoms: Vomiting, Gas, Diarrhea, Nausea
