Got sick within a few hours terrible diarrhea and nausea. I got sick about a month ago after eating some pizza but I just kinda blew it off. This time I knew it had to be from the restaurant. Exact same symptoms as before. Something is not right. I will never eat at Pizza Hut again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

At a chicken onion teriyaki sandwich at 3 pm on Tuesday afternoon and started having severe symptoms around 8pm until 3am. Then still feel weak and nauseous Wednesday  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Weakness

Last night I rate clerical with blueberry I bought from Walmart. The blueberries were tasted like it was not fresh. 30 minutes later I had severe stomckach with a lot of sweating and dizziness and shirt of breath. It lasted for about five minutes then the sweating stoped and I got a little better  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness, Sweating, Stomach Pain

Ate a 12 pack of nuggets and fries and a couple hours later I started to feel very nauseous and then had diarrhea for the rest of the day. Both people that I went to lunch with had the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
