I ate the Santa Fe sizzling skillet which had chorizo. I’ve been ordering that same dish for as long as I can remember but it was different this time. Ate it at around 1pm yesterday and I became sick in a few short hours. I began throwing up every hour starting at 5pm to 5am  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

After eating chowmein beef teriyaki noodles last week I had bad diarrhea with blood. I eat some more on Monday night not knowing what had caused the first case and again in 72 hrs my stomach cramping with diarrhea and black stool. I had considered going to the ER the first time. I did not eat Mash Potatoes. Only my daughter consumed them. My husband tasted them and thought they tasted different. However, my daughter who always chooses mash potatoes as her side, ate hers.
