My wife and I both got sick after eating Marketside Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes. Started with terrible stomach cramps that lasted for hours. It was followed by bloody diarrhea for three days. We lost our appetite and our thirst. We became dehydrated, sick and weak.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Dehydration, Weakness, Bloody Stool

Meatball sandwich I ate a meatball sandwich for dinner at 6pm. Sick at 1am. Nausea that woke me, vommiting with bad smell of meat. dizzy and diarrhea after. Still nausea.
