I had symptoms of food poisoning (lasted 5-8 hrs and included dizziness, nausea, repeated vomiting, and diarrhea) on 13 August and 21 August. The only thing I ate that was similar between those two events were their Salad Bowls, which I ate for lunch the days prior… See more

We ate here last week and had instant diarrhea, this has also happened at your home location in MD. Not for sure but we always get the same thing, and it has happened way too often. This is supposed to be fresh food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Within an hour, I got extremely sick. I felt better two days after. I went back to eat there (maybe 4 months later) and I got the same reaction. Bloody stools, extreme nausea, and horrible headaches.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Bloody Stool, Headache

Ate at a buffet  Ate around 5:00 and got really nauseous and stomach pain around 9:00 -9:30 and then started vomiting from 10:00-12:00 today I’m still nauseous with a headache and stomach pain

I’m not sure but he ate ramen noodles 4 hours ago and threw up a lot of noodles  My 15 month old ate beef ramen and 4 hours later threw up a lot , It happened 10 minutes ago  | Symptoms: Vomiting
