My daughter age 13 ate Costco fresh strawberries after dinner at 8pm. At 10pm, she started loose bowel movement. She woke up at 1am and 5am and had loose bowels. At 8:30am the next day she is having stomach ache. We are still watching her.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate Baconator Fries. That’s it. Later that night i lakes down and felt really sick. I got up went to the bathroom and started throwing up. I thought i was fine but then woke up about around 3:30am and started throwing up again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate yesterday had a sour stomach afterwards. Attributed it to ice cream beforehand. Following day (today) ate leftovers bc I thought it was the ice cream that upset me, I got sick again and had vomiting I addition to my nausea and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

On Feb 2/25, I visited Costco at West Ox Road, Fairfax. During the visit I had tasted a sample made by Arugula and Avacado oil around 12:30pm. 6.5 hour later, I started vomiting. In the all day, my family was eating everything I ate, except this sample.… See more

January 30, 2017 - Both of us had tomatoes and lettuce on our fish tacos and chicken shrimp sandwich. Fish tacos caused extreme diarrhea. I put the majority of the tomatoes off to the side because they didnt look right.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
