Ate a salt and chocolate Rx bar while shopping and started having stomach cramps within 15 minutes of eating. I threw up and had diarrhea when I got home, less than an hour later. Had continual severe diarrhea for several hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Yesterday I picked up it in the drive thru. The food was all cold except for the burrito and quesadilla my child ate the whole quesadilla and started vomiting and having diarrhea not even 5 hours after eating.
